Good location for exploring the area. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
We had to pay extra for breakfast which was not worth the price. the lack of personality and character made the experience quite dull.

We stayed here for two nights and loved both of them! The hotel was so clean, and every member of staff was so nice. The location was great, right on the outskirts of the city. There was even a pub on-site, and we found a lovely Indian restaurant in the town centre. The breakfasts, included in our price, were amazing with a great choice and you could have as much as you liked. If we ever return to this city, this will be the first hotel we will pick. Highly recommended!

Extremely noisy due to traffic and poor soundproofing. Uncomfortable beds and inadequate air conditioning.

The hotel is located in a great spot, not far from Alton Towers and right by the town center where we enjoyed a lovely Indian meal in the evening. the staff were helpful and pleasant, providing excellent information and advice. the rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet, with a lovely, powerful shower. the breakfast was very nice and the service was good. We also had the advantage of being within walking distance of Uttoxeter center and there was a pub right beside the hotel.
The attached restaurant did not meet the required standards.
